Patricia Gibin is an executive and career coach and a leadership development consultant. She is currently the Founder & Partner of Consulting and Coaching For Change, a leadership services boutique, where she works with executive and career coaching and leadership services.

Patricia has developed her career within talent acquisition and leadership development domains. She previously worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition for a Brazilian startup backed by General Atlantic, Softbank, and Goldman Sachs.

Before that, she worked for well-known executive search and leadership consulting firms in Brazil and the US and served as a Financial Services and Private Equity Consultant for over five years. She oversaw assignments involving succession planning, talent mapping, and senior executive and board searches. She previously handled search assignments for various industries, including technology, FMCG, professional services, and industrial.

Patricia serves on the executive committee of the INSEAD Brazilian Alumni Association as the Director of Career Services and is a member of the INSEAD Angel Group. She taught as a visiting career development professor for Fundação Getúlio Vargas São Paulo. 

Patricia has a master's degree in organizational psychology from INSEAD, Fontainebleau - France, an MBA from Insper, and a certificate in Human Resources from DePaul University, Chicago - USA. The theme of her thesis was: "Authentic Career Narratives - Using Video ethnography to Develop a Conceptual Framework for Evaluating Authenticity in Career Narratives." Patricia also has coaching certificates from the Full Circle Group, Art of Developmental Coaching, and Growth Edge Coaching.

I've always been fascinated by both the old and the new. I enjoy history, libraries, and period pieces, but I also enjoy science fiction, futurism, and new ways of seeing, understanding, and doing things. This dance between the old and the new, the new and the old, enchants me. Everything is a continuum of learning, changing, and evolving in search of meaning and purpose to feel whole.
